For heavy rain, high winds, or freezing conditions we'll reschedule the exterior portion at no charge. Interior work can usually continue under cover.

We do everything we can with steam, extraction, and enzyme treatments. Most stains improve significantly, but we can't promise 100% removal on set-in damage.
